Being frustrated together with AirAsia and AirAsiaGo because of their incompetent customer service officers.

The Malaysian one called Meri kept on doing careless mistakes and then deliberately cut our online chat when she couldn’t answer our follow up question. This was after we waited approximately 1.5 hours to chat with her!

And the Indian one called Vajay was really just unhelpful and confused us more by sending a new itinerary from Expedia instead of AirAsiaGo. Best!
